We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Kulture purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to how refunds are handled and paid out.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Cancelling stops future renewals; it is separate from requesting a refund for a payment already made.
